Thalbiruzdu was established by the Mîmêk of Muzan-Zirum. They arrived in this region after some of their explorers discovered abundant silver veins and deep rocks. The deep rocks were utilized to augment their psionic abilities and awaken those with psionic potential.
Thalbiruzdu grew into a city-state, with Undercity as its nearest neighbor. In 1321, Undercity's mining operations began to encroach upon Thalbiruzdu's lands. Consequently, they took up arms against the forces of Paradomea.
In the year 1460, Thalbiruzdu was conquered by an army commanded by Lasestrov. Its inhabitants were subsequently integrated into the populace of Paradomea.
Thalbiruzdu resides 400 feet beneath Undercity and 1,600 feet below Paradomea City. The municipal boundaries of Undercity have expanded substantially, extending an additional 40 levels beneath the surface.
