Arjale is a metal that is ebony in hue, featherlight, easily fashioned to a smooth finish, and can be honed to a razor-sharp edge. When alloyed with iron, it assumes a pale green-grey tone and becomes quite malleable; occasionally referred to as "dajavva".
Arjale is impervious to the corrosive effects of acid. Arjale is found naturally only on the worlds of the Hells system. On the world of Bal-Kriav, the desolate Felbarum region contains deposits of this rare metal buried around and embedded within the petrified neck and skull of the deceased primordial entity known as Bryakus.
