Created by Piranoth, the world of Kraa'tzor was the site of intense conflict during the Abyssal Release (7777 DE - 8777 DE). This internal struggle pitted demon lords and upstarts against one another, all vying to claim dominion over this vibrant, verdant world teeming with abundant life. In contrast to the bleak desolation that had overcome many of Piranoth's other realms scattered across the burgeoning Abyss, Kraa'tzor stood apart. Instead of aiding in the expulsion of the primordials during the Abyssal Release, demon tyrants fought fiercely for ownership of this singular world. From Abyssal, "Kraa'tzor" translates to "One Mother", a name believed to be inspired by the nature-oriented sentience that permeates the land, particularly in its most verdant regions. It is speculated that this enigmatic presence may be a jealous power, pitting those on the world against one another, evading even the keenest observation of the Higher Powers.
Kraa'tzor is undoubtedly a living world, with the rivers beneath defying the laws of gravity. In my opinion, these waterways are the veins of the entity that encompasses the entirety of the surrounding world, or at least a significant portion of it.
Ergmore, the Earth Archon surveyor of the Mantle of Hyaloclastite, murmured, "Truly, she is the One Mother."
