A battle of the Conclave War, on 2 War March 995, the Khazarkar Empire besieged Thular-Tûr. The siege lasted over a year and proved bitterly contested. Seeking to bring an end to this embarrassing siege for the empire's nascent rulers, the Eldritch Conclave turned to more forceful and dangerous measures. They deployed web weavers in teams, bolstering the magical onslaught with the arcane energy of the Web and unleashing a devastating magical storm that wrought great destruction on both sides. At the heart of this maelstrom, Thular-Tûr was reduced to ruin.
Today, the enchanted tempest that devastated Thular-Tûr lingers above a region known as Stormwrack.
