The Nemerions were a Durkoth family of Osâchar. They were renowned for their extensive lineage of scribes and authors, and were among the few families versed in the tongue of the Ancients.
The Nemerions arrived at Bal-Kriav aboard the Spire of Krak-Oth. One of the first members of the family to undergo the transformation that would become the hallmark of the Durkoth Descent (995 HE - 1355 HE) was an individual named Rereth. He sought to halt his mutation and ultimately utilized the Book of Orinite to assist in his experiments on golems and the living. With the aid of the Book of Orinite, as well as numerous golems, possibly numbering in the hundreds, he constructed the formidable fortifications of Urgalroth.
