The Rings of the Emperor were a network of deep-cover spies rumored to still serve Emperor Blac'druglois. They had long-standing memberships within foreign companies and states, funneling information back to Blac'druglois and his Court of One Hundred Eyes. In exchange, they received wealth and the prospect of attaining significant positions within the Orchish Empire.
Members of this clandestine network were recorded solely by their code names, with only the emperor privy to their true identities. One such agent is the Ring of Limbgud, whose real name is Niras Reev'f. He provided intelligence on his own organization, Crimson Eye, as well as information pertaining to the Toomrur Hegemony, the Tormoran Federation, and others within Sector Thingrorn.
