Kuralda was a devoted follower and confidant of Raxcvillibus. As he neared the end of his natural lifespan on 25 Temporal 1465, he elected to embrace the alternative path, transforming into an immortal minion loyal to his friend and superior of more than five decades. Converted into a death knight, Kuralda led the Lix Tetrax on his master's excursions to the Forge Words.

The Pillar's marine captain, a lifeless man with far less emotion than the ship's commander, surveys the battle zone and the literal fog of war blanketing it. His ordinary vision, on par with a living Tragaran's, is significantly impaired by the supernatural mist shrouding the vessel. Instinctively, his sight shifts to thermal, allowing him to discern the heat signatures of the living creatures scurrying about the ship. He briefly peers through the scope of his weapon, adjusting it two clicks with a dull gray, heatless hand. Cracked lips part, and the sound of aged leather creaking emanates from his twisted facial expression.

He perished in the Battle of the Weathermaker's Embrace, serving aboard the Pillar of Horns. During his lifetime, he possessed piercing amethyst eyes, which smoldered with an internal flame centuries old.

Kuralda observes his captain departing the Pillar. Similar to his commander, he bears the stain of innocent lives lost, yet feels no remorse, convinced that such actions are at times essential in the theater of war. His tactics can be shrouded in darkness, even malevolent in nature; and akin to Rax, he is willing to undertake treacherous acts for a more significant purpose. However, he remains uncertain about the captain's motives for being present.

Becoming a servant of Chaos is diametrically opposed to Rax's principles, yet here we find ourselves, accepting an assignment from a champion of Chaos, who is likely in cahoots with some primordial entity intent on returning to this realm and completing what their kind failed to accomplish in the Creation War.
