Skinaere lived during the final century of the Creation War (1486 DE - 8777 DE). She learned dark magic from the primordials, yet assisted the Covenant with good intent, earning a measure of their trust. Her demise came about when she decided to align herself with a faction. Her actions led to the sacking of a Covenant outpost and subsequently, a major breakthrough. This supposed breakthrough, however, devolved into a disorderly rout, with primordial aberrations trampling each other and those far weaker and more fragile than themselves. Skinaere perished in the chaotic stampede, buried beneath a pile of aberrations. Her soul energy was drawn into the Abyss, where she was reincarnated as a demon. Like the other new arrivals, she underwent the first trial, gradually losing her mortal memories day by day.
By the Demon Spawn War (89 GE - 269 GE), she had served under Demogorgon. She was renowned for her expertise in large-scale endeavors, constructing fortresses and prisons. Additionally, she possessed a formidable talent for torture. Perhaps her most dreadful skill lay in her ability to cast curses with devastating precision.
