Pelwir

Pelwir is a collection of diminutive isles situated in the northeastern expanse of the Core Sea. The region serves as a sanctuary for pirates, criminals, a dozen or more azure dragons, and innumerable harpy nests. These piratical factions boast a varied racial composition, with the majority comprising Khazarkars, Githirmil, and elves hailing from Ithengee.
