Sôvuk Gate is a work of art portraying a tumultuous coastline and a solitary, grisly tower of bone. This tower symbolizes one of the four Manes Chimneys. The artwork was created by an angel with a penchant for chronicling historical fragments within her works. The Sôvuk Gate was stolen from the halls of Phollûmâ by a master thief of Mârukhatâz.
At the base of Sôvuk Gate lies inscriptions in Supernal. It provides some insight into the Sôvuk Sea Gate:
The aquatic demons emerged from a malodorous and pestilent wetland. Having abandoned their Abyssal domicile, they traversed to Bal-Kriav, navigating a turbid aqueous passage where the feebler demons were culled by their more robust counterparts. This was not a trial, but rather a manifestation of the demons' innate proclivity. In time, superiors elected to monitor and patrol the area, herding the mobs into a formidable army.
