Baraglindu is an expansive lake situated in the southeastern regions of Miradelgûn. Its shorelines are peppered with settlements and communities under the jurisdiction of the Toomrur Hegemony, as well as those to the north towards Ilbaragûn.

Baraglindu is flanked to the west by towering 1000-foot cliffs, the eastern boundary of the Tharum Wasteland. The stone giants of this region have long engaged in trade with the lake inhabitants, transporting goods through the utilization of ropes and massive elevators.

The vessels of Baraglindu are just as diverse as the inhabitants near its shores, ranging from diminutive goblin canoes to those constructed for giants, imposing ocean-going vessels known as Grimsuvelth Trawlers.

From the north, the lake is fed by the Neingol river. Witnessing significant shipping and commerce, the only outlet was previously south along the Es'yah, a river named for a legendary siren that once haunted it, up until the First Epoch. After the seemingly endless conflicts between Bughor and Ilbaragûn, and a history of Toomrur satraps imposing exorbitant tolls and arbitrary confiscation laws, a banking syndicate of Saer'kal financed the creation of an alternative route to the Sand Fury bay and beyond. With the assistance of the stone giants, dredging of natural canals was undertaken through the Rakgund wetlands, then cutting through the hills to the ancient citadel of Sul'tach. Completed in the Year 591, the quicker but more costly route remains the Es'yah, with the Rakgund Run taking three times as long to reach the bay.
