Miradelgûn is a diverse landscape, encompassing an array of environments, from verdant forests and grassy meadows to swampy canyon valleys and rugged highlands. It is bordered to the north by Cinazan and to the west by Grashakh. The southern and eastern portions of the region terminate at the formidable Sands of Hell, a scorching desert that snakes along the southern edge and up the western side.
In the southeastern corner of the region lies a bay that was unnaturally formed from the wrath of a deity. During the Horgon Era, the god Poseidon was incensed when a sect of Talos worshippers vanquished his storm giant clergy at Hleirim. This fury culminated in the submersion of the city and the inundation of a portion of the Sands of Hell. The influx of ocean water gave rise to the bay known as Klo'nah Lomok.
Miradelgûn is primarily an untamed domain with scant substantial urban centers. Despite their attempts, the Khazarkar Empire and the Orchish Empire have garnered minimal success in their endeavors to expand into this region.
The subterranean domain situated directly below Miradelgûn is known as Miryeril.
