Febirmane, a city-state nestled within the sunken wetlands of Drenvun, is home to a loosely controlled populace comprising kenku, Graagvrii, war trolls, and Demacian residents. The municipal governance is overseen by the leaders of approximately a dozen thieves guilds. Akin to the other city-states of Drenvun, Febirmane is characterized by a chaotic ambiance and ever-evolving, lax laws. Despite its ancient origins, the city's population has never witnessed a significant surge, owing to the hazardous conditions of life here and the transient nature of its inhabitants.
Febirmane maintains antagonistic relations with the desert city-state of KhimilĂȘth. This is largely due to Febirmane's overt support of banditry and the lawless nature of its governmental authorities. The city's disruptive actions are covertly funded by Tiya'lith, an entity comprised of Demacian sympathizers endeavoring to place Febirmane under the sway of masters across distant shores.
