Cenereth is a fog-enshrouded stronghold situated along the southwestern periphery of Ice Cap. Its eastern ramparts overlook the icy desolation of Rimac-Malc, while to the west lies the verdant northern rainforest of Cleoxhar, which is seldom visible from Cenereth's battlements. This is due to the pervasive natural fog that envelops the region, only dissipating during the winter season.

Cenereth was constructed late in the Horgon Era by the Draguron Syndicate (1615 HE - 185). The settlement served as a stronghold for repelling the incursions of frost giant and goliath marauders descending from the northern territories.

From the highlands backing the fortress, numerous hot springs and streams enter the keep, flowing into bathhouses, along passages, and into a large, steaming pool situated in the middle of the courtyard.
