The Cormindar mountain range lies within sector Lirgaza. It extends along the northern periphery of the Temporal Zephyr, which enshrouds its peaks in dense cloud cover and persistent rainfall.

Orcs have inhabited this region since the Horgon Era. They have abandoned numerous mines in the area, with roughly half a dozen vast, sprawling excavation sites serving as lairs for various beasts and monsters. The orcs have extracted iron and gemstones from these mountains for millennia. During the Black Tide War (1465 - 1486), they supplied the Dead Council's armies with iron weapons and armor.
