The Elphion Fringe Settlements, or the EFS, are towns, villages, and smaller communities situated along the northern border of the Elphion jungle. These territories fall under the dominion of the Ba'lith Empire. Some of the local populace are descendants of the Bithiemeth people. Consequently, there are factions here that resist the Church of Asmdoeus, which is supported by the Ba'lith Empire.
