Geb's Cradle is one of the three sunken lands of Zyrath. The second largest after the Manduggiss Trench, Geb's Cradle extends approximately one hundred miles in length and thirty miles at its widest point. Peering down into this chasm, one witnesses the gradual fading of light, revealing a seemingly bottomless pit. Plummeting nearly one mile in depth, this colossal opening gives way to an entirely distinct realm, where travelers have departed the world of Bal-Kriav and entered the subterranean reaches of the world Kriav.
During the descent, at approximately a mile down, one transitions from the familiar to the unfamiliar. You now find yourself within the realm of Kriav. This transitional zone is a rift, more precisely a feywild fuse. The other side appears to be in capable hands. An Earthen city, Hornfels, stands as a hub for those more inclined toward commerce and civilization than the raging turmoil across Karnegmoth.

The two well-maintained roads that wind into Geb's Cradle serve as vital trade routes, facilitating the movement of goods and people across realms. Discreetly concealed from sight, the Portal Sentinels maintain several outposts within this region, vigilantly monitoring the constant flow of traffic, ever watchful for the advance of a potential invasion.
