The Gorum Steppe extends northward from the Hlothangi forest, culminating in the deep woodlands of Maegorion and the Anassúmë river. Like the other grasslands of the Northern Hordelands and the Tribe Steppes, the Gorum Steppe serves as the hunting grounds for the Jara. The landscape is dotted with numerous hills and scattered tree patches, providing some respite for travelers from the roving bands of jara, gnolls, and other tribal inhabitants of the region.
In the year 1512, the Gorum Horde was established in this region.
