The frigid Iiz Sostrah River originates from the northern cliffs of Inzurakthol, flowing northward past the head of the Siginzad valley. Further north, the river's waters are replenished by the outflows of Minulkazar. Iiz Sostrah then continues northward, merging with Zal Rath near Filmah Feykro, before ultimately emptying into the Sea of Mourning to the west.
