Klo'nah Lomok was forged in the Horgon Era by the unbridled wrath of a deity. Poseidon, enraged when his shrines were pillaged by a rival faction of Talos devotees, submerged the southern end of the Arskels, sinking the storm giant metropolis of Hleirim. As the highlands of Arskel collapsed, the oceanic waters of Erethor flooded an area of the Sands of Hell, creating the bay now known as Klo'nah Lomok, the Sandfury Bay.
A blustery, shallow bay, where most utilize barges for transportation. The primary waterway is navigable by seagoing vessels, though considered perilous without the guidance of local pilots. The oceanic winds sweeping up the bay culminate in fierce sandstorms along its coasts and into the interior of Miradelgûn, further exacerbated by the unremitting winds of the Sands of Hell.
