Nedullu is a deep seawater lake located in the eastern region of Izagunbar. On 7 War March 2002 DE, the side of Mount Graer collapsed, marking the start of the Graer Breach. This event caused seawater to flood the then-active volcano, extinguishing the lava flows, submerging a rift, and inundating a quarter of the Underdark region known as Enjof. At the time, Nedullu was a deep depression. Over the subsequent days, it continued to fill with seawater until it reached equilibrium with the Pearl Sea.

In the Lith-Crillion Era, a momentous battle was waged in this region. During the Battle of Nedullu, the then mortal Atlas once again confronted the Lith-Crillion. He sustained grievous wounds, stumbling backward into the lake that bore the battle's name. A dragon under the influence of the Lith-Crillion seized him by the shoulder and dragged him deeper into the lake's depths, where the creature dealt the final blow. In his last moments, Atlas strangled his attacker as his own life ebbed away. On the surface, the conflict raged for another day, with the Lith-Crillion ultimately retreating. News of Atlas's demise spread far and wide, leading to the erection of monuments and shrines honoring his legacy. His influence and the beginnings of his divine power were such that, a year after his passing, a group of storm giant shamans resurrected him. Rather than rising alongside them as a fellow mortal, he ascended as a Higher Power on the world of Heddvidi. In the lake where he had met his end on Bal-Kriav, his apotheosis transformed the water's properties. Jakorek's storm giants discovered that the lake's saline waters were useful for crafting potent magical strength elixirs. In the Second Epoch, the area's storm giants further refined the already powerful Godhead elixir, incorporating the Waters of Nedullu and other mystical elements, resulting in a potent concoction reverently named Atlas Might.
