| Map | Tunzâr River |
The Tunzâr river commences in the northeastern peaks of the Gakhs. Traversing the Tazundurka valley, it cascades over substantial boulders, generating perilous rapids. From this valley to the source, it is predominantly navigable only by canoes and rafts. The river broadens significantly as it cuts through the Siguzilbak Forest. Spanning five to six miles wide as it flows into High Wood Country, it banks southeast to the coasts of Tarag-Khâlu.
