Ráglauth is an overcast and precipitation-laden celestial body, obscured in comparison to the illumination standards of Bal-Kriav. It receives a mere quarter of the luminance from Merioss and Khâls Forge that its nearest neighbor Ghífthauk enjoys, and only one-tenth the radiance of Bal-Kriav.
In the Lith-Crillion Era, mind flayers came to command this miniature realm. Throughout this period, they imported thousands of Grimlock slaves.
In the Incarsabec Rebellion (1531 HE - 1544 HE), Penumbra, the moon's largest metropolis, was depopulated by a virulent psychic contagion. This pernicious virus, subsisting on psychic energy, annihilated every sapient creature in the city, then proliferated across the lunar surface. Ráglauth became a haven for wild beasts and fauna, and a death knell for those deemed truly sentient.
Ráglauth is the origin world for the Dromites.
