The Satrap Wars was a 90-year period of conflict between Ogre Lords, ogre-magi, and other warlords vying for power in the ogre lands of Thingrorn and Gunaegail. The first series of confrontations commenced several years following the First Ogre War. This war engendered numerous prominent leaders and heroes, and now that the Orchish Empire had been subdued, some sought to assume control of the surrounding territories and covet those weaker than themselves.
