A battle of the First Dragon Wake (218 GE - 235 GE), it witnessed the forces of Tiamat laying siege to a fortified citadel known as Bruh Gevul. The tenth such assault, the attackers were once again repelled by the defenders' deadly missile fire.
A fire giant warlock, one who had learned his arts under Orcus, devised a plan to destroy the Foghorn of Talos. As part of the ritual, this warlock sacrificed a captured gold dragon, then had a half-son of Surtur shatter the horn with an equally powerful item called the Heel of Geb. When the Foghorn of Talos was broken, a perpetual fog enveloped the valley of Bruh Donin. Tiamat's army was annihilated in that fog. In her war journals, found in most of her temples, Tiamat laments that she should never have trusted that cunning warlock.
