The Breath of Arhibess, named after the Theegan witch Arhibess, was born from her final spell at the Battle of Qijerqul. This perpetual wind blows southward, emanating from Fros Idar, traversing the Lurans, and reaching across Qijerqul to the Bog Sea.
The winds are at their fiercest during the month of Witchrite, the same period in which Arhibess met her demise. Soaring high above, these spectral entities pose no threat to those on the ground, though it is believed they are the remnants of Arhibess's dark sorcery. Arhibess's victims now haunt the skies, their anguished spirits carried on the gusts.
