Ginrall is a metropolis of the
illithid people, situated
within the region of
Garathral. This city-state was established by illithid colonists, led
by an
elder brain known as
Enen'kykha. This illithid mastermind was one of the two who
managed to evade capture during the conflict between
Fihrreah and the forces
of Gon'tora.
In the Diortfel Pact, Ginrall allied with kuo-toans,
orchestrating the pillage of the surface city Elalmoth. The
downfall of this urban center enabled Ginrall to seize the
ruins and menace the waning realm of Nárfaltuin.
