Séregon is an elven city situated along the western shores of the Core Sea. It is nestled within the deep woodlands of Arinthil and straddles the Elatir river. On the city's coastal side, hundreds of intricate canals and dikes have been constructed. During times of conflict, these waterways can be utilized to flood the eastern approaches. In periods of peace, the wetlands bordering the Tyera bay serve as a bountiful source of sustenance, while in times of strife, they provide a means to summon formidable swarms of insects and "befriend" shambling mounds.

Séregon's towering, slender, and fluted towers present an awe-inspiring spectacle. It is said that the melody produced by the city's architecture instills a profound sense of peace and tranquility in those unaccustomed to it. The city boasts ten special towers known as the Maenglórfan. Even the slightest breeze from the Core Sea evokes a hauntingly beautiful sound, one so powerful and magical that during the Sleepers Battle ( 1507 ) , a Khazarkar invasion fleet was lulled into a blissful sleep.

Kriavfahliil, with ancestral connections to Ithendelt, constitute the city's predominant population. Next in number are halflings with lineage tied to the Nermanis Syndicate. The city's Forstneblin trace their bloodlines back to their feral kin of the Quellestir Forest.
