The Gyalech brothers, members of the prominent Gyalech bloodline, consolidated their pirate crews into a single formidable organization in 1473. This collective enterprise became renowned as the League of Gyalech.
In times of great peril, when the pirate strongholds of the Buccaneer Archipelago face grave threats or larger powers encroach, the League of Gyalech commonly spearheads the defense efforts.
The League of Gyalech achieved infamy during the Black Tide War, which spanned from 1465 to 1486.
