The Sahuld Blockade was a containment measure implemented around the Isle of Sahuld. At the time, the island was the homeland of the Borillisk, a nation rapidly diminishing due to a devastating disease. Fearing the spread of the illness, the Kal-Oni navy blockaded the island to prevent any departures. Some managed to escape by magical means, and those with sufficient resources found a priest powerful enough in faith to cure them. However, most were unable to leave Sahuld, perishing by the thousands, along with the Borillisk Empire (790 - 1131).
The Kal-Oni were often criticized for their harsh treatment of the Borillisk, with the argument that many lives could have been spared. Their actions were believed to be retribution for the Hedrac Treaty, when the Borillisk abandoned their fellow Tragarans who were suffering during the same Great Exodus (998 - 1017).
