Vorjunt originated as a smithing guild. At the time, the minotaurs of Gulimbor labored under the yoke of the First Khazarkar Empire. Highly esteemed for their abilities, these minotaur smiths enjoyed far greater freedom than other minotaur slaves. They toiled in secrecy, crafting and stockpiling weapons for what would later be known as the Great Minotaur Revolt (785 - 796).
After the minotaurs gained their liberty in the Great Minotaur Revolt, they journeyed eastward to reside within the Azrik Region. With the advent of their freedom, Vorjunt's objective reverted to serving as a guild advocating for the interests of smiths throughout the area.
During the periods of strife between Ba'lith and the Torgilm Confederacy (1475 - 1719), Vorjunt delegates frequently assumed the role of impartial negotiators.
