Apocaleen was one of the reds sired by Apocalypse. Akin to her father, she was malicious, avaricious, and craved authority. Her initial trial of combat proficiency materialized when she arrived in a twisted and thorny woodland titled Linga-Mal. In this forest, the dragon commenced hunting immense boars. This captured the attention of a formidable battlebriar lurking in the vicinity. An arduous conflict ensued between the battlebriar Linga-Mal and Apocaleen. Ultimately, through cunning, Apocaleen lured the battlebriar to a precipice, where it met its demise.

In the Black Tide War (1465 - 1486), Apocaleen fought as a soldier in the Black Tide army. During the Luran Campaign, Apocaleen was killed in combat by the paladin Galtrag.
