Talon is an Aarakocra with eagle-like attributes. He is a descendant of the Ackairon tribe from the Moredhel valley. Similar to most Ackairon who join Ba'lith's military, his formative years commenced within a military crèche.
In the Cinazan Front, he served as a crew member aboard the Pillar of Horns. As a lieutenant, he commanded the 2nd Ackairon Squad.
With the majestic features of an eagle, Talon approaches the Pillar. He flaps his broad brown wings twice, then glides effortlessly. He perceives the Pillar of Horns as a ponderous structure, devoid of aerodynamic design, something that defies the laws of nature by taking to the skies. Initially, he resisted the notion of traversing the heavens aboard a vessel powered by magic. It seemed so unnatural, dwelling within a honeycombed pillar of rock that floats across the firmament, defying the pull of gravity. He recalls the captain's words, "Envision it as a floating nest; we go where the quarry abides." His counsel has indeed proven accurate. Talon's appetite has seldom been so thoroughly sated.
