The Draguron Empire, vanquished in the Begnhidrir War (170 - 185), was subsequently fragmented during the Peace of Moth.
A few highlights of this debilitating peace treaty are as follows: The treaty imposed severe financial burdens on the vanquished nation, requiring it to pay massive reparations to the victorious powers. Additionally, the treaty stripped the defeated country of valuable territory, leaving it diminished in size and prestige. Furthermore, the treaty placed strict limits on the size and capabilities of the nation's military, severely restricting its ability to defend itself. Finally, the peace accord included humiliating terms that damaged the national pride and morale of the subjugated populace.
- Dragur, the Draguron capital, besieged a dozen times, a skeleton of its former grandeur, was to be abandoned to the wild,
- Draguron population west of the Rute River were offered residency in the city-state of Hel or must return to the other side of the river,
- Territory west of the Rute was to return to tribal interests from the time of the Esto'khar Conflict (1633 HE - 1801 HE),
- For a period of fifty years, Balmoloch was to be a vassal city-state under Hel.
