In the year 1808, the Spirachiln were visited by a Shounejo merchant fleet. To those familiar with the region, this meeting was quite unexpected. After some investigation and divination, it was discovered that this fleet had remarkably traversed a substantial distance in a brief timeframe. They had accomplished this feat through the utilization of a remarkable innovation known as the Sea Tunnel. Recognizing the potential lucrative trade opportunities afforded by this new route, a council was convened to devise a means of enabling return voyages.

The Principal of the College of Arcane, Emancer, conceived the idea to create a teleportation device of unprecedented size and strength. For two years, he and his staff labored on the device, overcoming numerous obstacles. During this time, a weave spider attacked a mage working on an arcane capacitor, resulting in the mage's tragic loss to the Web of Magic when the capacitor was destroyed. Undeterred by this setback, which incurred a loss of 50,000 gold pieces and a highly respected and skilled mage, the group sought the aid of web weavers from the Beren Ancalímon to safeguard against further attacks from the denizens of the web. Emancer eventually achieved a breakthrough after acquiring scrolls from an adventuring group that had ventured into the ancient Volgad ruin of Aphelzâk. These scrolls contained the techniques that enabled Emancer and his staff to complete their remarkable teleportation device.

In the year 1827, the Emancer's Teleporter was completed and installed in the bay of Nápoldë. The device's utilization had generated significant trade revenue for Spirachiln and patronage for the College of Arcane.

This colossal teleportation apparatus conveys vessels via teleportation to any locale familiar to the ship's captain. The charge for its utilization amounts to 20% of the value of goods, or a fixed fee based on tonnage.
