Zyvie Setie is a venerable research institution nestled within the Thangolos Forest. It was constructed by a labor force serving the primordial deity known as Asoun. When the Womb of Entropy was annihilated in 1271 LE, this research center mysteriously vanished. Cloaked in powerful magic, it was shielded by enchantments that compelled even the most resolute minds to seek alternate destinations.
In the Year 1500, Asoun dispelled the magic concealing his secret hold. He then instructed his agents to spread rumors of entropy fragments hidden within the Thangolos forest. This incited conflict as various factions sought to secure Zyvie Setie. This conflict, the War of the Fragments ( 1500 - 1512 ) , culminated in the construction of an Entropy Arch and prompted a shift in religious practices within the Altocumuli Empire.
Not long after the war, for reasons still unknown, Altocumuli relinquished Zyvie Setie and all claims over the purported Entropy Arch contained therein. As custodians of rifts and similar phenomena, this locale now falls under the safeguard of the Portal Sentinels.
