Aranel Vardamir is a sprawling, twenty-two-mile-long canyon situated northwest of the Core Sea. The rugged, towering crags of this remarkable canyon harbor thousands of colossal beehives. The bees inhabiting this domain gather pollen from the magnificent blooms of Maranwë Tîwele.
The area experiences substantial conflict between bands of Jara and soldiers from Ithengee. Both parties come here seeking the region's prized honey, which is renowned for its rich, long-lasting flavor. The Jara use the honey to create healing salves, while the Ithengee employ it in the production of a wine known as Thralion. Regrettably, some individuals illicitly gather the honey in an effort to earn a living. As far away as Paradomea City, this specialty product, Vardamir Honey, commands a price ten times that of regular honey.
