The Eämbavië delta on the eastern shores of the Core Sea serves as the headwaters for the Avalninâth River. Following the draining of the Nermanis Sea in the First Epoch, the region was claimed by the Bullywug people, who have long proven troublesome for the area. They are an unpredictable and generally untrustworthy group, feared for their stealth and utilization of natural toxins.
In the Cinazan Front, perceiving the Flux Pact as yet another aggressor, the Bullywug unexpectedly decided to take action. United in their thousands, they seized control of the critical Avalninâth river estuary and subsequently commenced raiding the coasts and supply lines of the encroaching hordes.
