North of the Khazarkar capital city Nibar-Pharân stand the pillar-like spires of the Izgarrêth mountain range. The region's abundant iron, platinum, tin, and gemstones necessitated the construction of Nibar-Pharân atop the Khirrêth plateau. The defensive advantage offered by the peaks and elevated plateau rendered the area nearly impregnable to attack, which proved crucial as the Khazarkars were in the process of rebuilding their empire and vulnerable to the hostile elements of Skegjold.

The slender peak of Sets Grandeur is among the most frequented areas of Izgarrêth. Meticulously sculpted through arduous labor and arcane sorcery, it bears the visage and torso of the deity Set. A magnificent bridge and aqueduct span the five-mile distance between Sets Grandeur and the rear gates of Nibar-Pharân. Within Sets Grandeur, the Khazarkar Empire has been occupied with carving an expansive complex, which will likely serve as a site for religious scholarship.

North of Izgarrêth lies the evergreen forested valley of Sahurrigath and the chilly Sistix Bay. The mountains prevent the persistent fog from engulfing the Khirrêth plateau.

Long before the Khazarkar's arrival to this region, another empire dominated these mountains and surrounding lowlands. This empire was the formidable Draguron. Regrettably, the majority of their strongholds now lie in ruin, serving as sanctuaries for the undead and wild creatures.

Izgarrêth possesses an abundance of platinum and iron mines. The platinum veins within these excavations exhibit an unusually high concentration of bloodstones. The royal mint, a distinctive currency exclusive to the Khazarkar Empire, is crafted utilizing these bloodstones.
