N'nathil is an evergreen forest that spans the slopes of Ugradrath. Long inhabited by the wilder fey - the Sprite, Quickling, Dark Woad, and Thorn - this highland forest has been their home since the Demon Spawn War, which took place between 89 GE and 269 GE. Tribal and xenophobic towards non-fey, these creatures have been shaping and cultivating the forest's vines for generations, creating a complex network of trails, bridges, fences, barriers, cages, and entire villages supported by the thick, knotted vine-work beneath the canopy.

N'nathil is a wild region with variable boundaries, wherein the laws and customs vary among its diverse populace. The northern routes, under the vigilance of the Khazarkar Empire, comprise the most secure areas. Through warfare and subsequent concessions, the Khazarkars secured safe passage along the Agluzar Road and rights to the lands stretching from Arnogrygg eastward to Aphalê.

In the southern reaches of the forest, within the Grashakh Region, numerous dire wolf packs, xenophobic earth giants, minotaur lizards, and bands of warmongering hobgoblins can be found; distant descendants of those who once served the Hofthorm Monarchy (145 HE - 101).
