Nuulwrath is a volcanic wasteland that overlooks the expansive bay of Tarag-Khâlu. Prior to the opening of the Pit of the Light Reaper, the volcano Tyf Badikar exhibited far greater activity than it does currently; each eruption steadily expanding the desolate wastes at the cost of the neighboring bay.

Home to a diverse array of perils, the more prevalent threats are the mindless Undead. Crafted by Phanaca's necromancers, they are left to wander the desolate landscapes, eventually annihilated by the region's volcanic outbursts, or more formidable behemoths such as basilisks, chimeras, and manticores.

The more organized perils of Nuulwrath are its magmin and fire elementals. These incandescent entities typically heed one of Tyf Badikar's minor satraps.

One of the more remarkable regions of Nuulwrath is the fortress abode of the Vulon Viing, known as Phanaca.
