The mountain outpost, constructed by Sâlo Tânê 11, functioned as a Lith-Crillion research center, examining the incandescent phenomena emerging from Tyf Badikar.

In 1001 LE, Phanaca succumbed to Frolfreki's Basalt Legion. A diverse military force of stone and earth giants, magmin, and fire elementals, all typically adversaries, united to cease the malicious endeavors of Phanaca's "deranged researchers".

In the year 1244 HE, Phanaca became the abode of the Vulon Viing. Phanaca's garrison comprises vampires, death giants, ghouls, ju-ju zombies, a skeletal legion, at least one dracolich or two, chimera, manticore, and three yeth hound kennels.

In the deepest recesses of Phanaca lies a labyrinth where savage minotaurs and other vile creatures stalk their prey for sport. Known as the Bloody Maze, it proves to be a substantial source of revenue for Phanaca. Unfortunately, this entertainment district, gambling operations, and other commercial ventures frequently clash with Vith Alok's ambitions.
