Pit of Graz'zt

The Pit of Graz'zt is a vast chasm, spanning a hundred yards in width, situated on a plateau overlooking the Imrabêl valley. It descends into the subterranean reaches of Berolaz. During the Demon Spawn War ( 89 GE - 269 GE ) , this pit was carved on the orders of Graz'zt. The regular routes, taking too long from Barhaz Halarax, were replaced by a wide path that six human-sized soldiers could walk abreast, carved through magic and grueling labor.
