The verdant Teltenar woodland extends north of the River Avalninâth, spanning the distance from the Fangs of Steirgar to the southwestern slopes of Thurnâtha.

Supplying the finest hardwood of the Cinazan Region, Teltenar has long been a locale of strife. The remnants of the Arquar stand as a testament to those who could not halt the advance of civilization.

The forests of Teltenar feature a tree spacing that allows giants to move through with ease. The most perilous natural feature is the labyrinthine terrain, comprising a complex network of intersecting valleys, chasms, and ravines, connected by hundreds of well-hidden tunnels. These passages were developed by the Arquar as a means of attacking and defending against the numerous forest giants that inhabit Teltenar. Many of the forest's ravines and canyons are narrow and obstructed by vines and brush, serving as areas of refuge when predators are present. Some of these lead to a network of passages connecting nearby ravines.

During the tumultuous Chaos War, stalwart goliath tribes from the region of Salbâth were compelled to migrate to this territory. Approximately 5,000 of these formidable and resilient individuals now reside within this verdant woodland.
