In the northern reaches of the Ruzun mountain range lies the Traeulf volcano. In 1642, it erupted, consuming the fledgling Sig-Lorm city-state of Hinnbjalf and transforming half of Jadvild into a desolate volcanic landscape.
Traeulf is an active volcano fueled by the molten lava of the Annbild Hrolmir, an arterial conduit of the Great Vein of Surtur, which is purported to wind through the subterranean realm.
