Styx Granite is granite of Bal-Kriav that has been infused with chaotic energies from lying in this realm's waters after they have blended with those of the legendary river Styx. Within Bal-Kriav, the Styx periodically manifests in the Maitimírë lake. This wellspring of water is known as the Styx Fountain rift. Additionally, several tributaries of the Styx also flow through the ancient vault of Gamazûd.
This ominous stone possesses qualities of gloom and discord, rendering it suitable for constructing temples or other structures devoted to entropy. Various races inhabiting the region of Drarthiel have extracted this stone since the Second Epoch, incorporating it into grand temples, strategic towers, and opulent palaces within the settlements of Zayr, Mogdúlg, and Yastorogg.
