The most lethal synthetic toxin is Formula 3T-9, commonly referred to as Thasmudyan's Bile. This devastating poison was formulated by the Lith-Crillion within the Pyramid of Alchemy. Formula 3T-9 was subsequently rediscovered during the Second Epoch by explorers working for the Cult of Worms.
Thasmudyan's Bile possesses a Fortitude DC of 26. Initially, it inflicts 1d10 constitution damage and 1-4 charisma damage, followed by 1d12 constitution damage and 1d2 charisma damage in the second round. There is a 10% chance for each charisma point lost to become permanent, restorable only through spells such as Wish.
During periods of the Shade of Darkness and the Zenith of Darkness, the potency of Thasmudyan's Bile escalates by 5 and 10 points correspondingly.
