In the year 420 HE, thousands of slaves escaped the Dao masters of Megabreccia. Several hundred Gulgar slaves, the Bimothak, successfully fled to a distant world known as Bal-Kriav. Their means of escape, a conveniently placed rift, was the work of Ptah protecting his flock.
On Bal-Kriav, the Bimothak unified as a people, re-establishing their civilization in the northern highlands of Karnegmoth. During Ethenoran's conflicts with their neighbors, the Bimothak were the first to respond to the call for assistance. When the Ethenoran confederacy was shattered in the Holentur War (210 - 222), the Bimothak turned to combating raiding parties backed by the Tinnanguth, an empire hungry for land, resources, and subordinates.
Much was learned from a people unfamiliar to Bal-Kriav. We utilized every available method, extracting information from hundreds of Bimothak captives. It required numerous years and many brilliant minds to gradually assemble the scattered fragments of lore. We acquired knowledge of the elemental principles governing conjuration magic, enabling the summoning of lowly earth elementals and more formidable entities, as well as the temporary opening of rifts to the realm of Granitoid.
Once masters of a Dao army, we are now their subjects. The fortunate will find themselves in Megabreccia, while the rest face a dire fate.
