The conflict between the Khazarkar Empire and the Orchish Empire witnessed one of its final engagements during the Third Ugradrath War.

During this conflict, the Orchish Empire undertook a multi-pronged attack. A large force of orcs executed a nighttime crossing of Alarthand. Another contingent assaulted the Khazarkar lines via the massive edifice known as Borangrak Bridge. The amphibious landing force was routed from the eastern riverbank. The orcs on the bridge broke into the Khazarkar lines and nearly captured the Inzilêth heights. The arrival of the Setarch of the Khazarkar Empire, their emperor-priest Hâlê Aphallanâth, leading more than sixty mummified giants, pushed the orcs back across the bridge. The Setarch then invoked the power of Set, corrupting the bridge's central span with fell energy. His giants then began hammering away at the stone. Emperor Blac'drugulois, leader of the Orchish Empire, soon arrived and sent his vanguard to engage the giants, while he targeted the enemy leader. To the surprise of his troops, their leader withstood the Ageless Emperor for several minutes before succumbing when his brain was psionically liquefied.

The bridge subsequently succumbed to the relentless pummeling of the giants and the oppressive burden of their lifeless forms.

The battle witnessed the necromancers from the city of Mirkathân garnering immense acclaim for their mummified colossal constructions.

One elite unit of orcs was never heard from again. Accounts from survivors of other companies recounted witnessing them entering the myriad caverns along Inzilêth. This vanished unit was the Ebon Elite and consisted of 500 orcs. All members of this elite force were adorned in Elem-Guard Armor.
