The Temporal Zephyr is an unusual wind that originates at the mouth of a rift known as the Caina Nexus. This wind then flows southward through the valleys and deep ravines of the Gelugon Range. As the Temporal Zephyr approaches the fortress of Aspungad, it shifts eastward, blowing in the general direction of the Plains of Mortoth.
The ever-present Temporal Zephyr, blowing steadily for centuries, facilitated a shift in the regional climate of Hells Womb. The southern areas grew hot and humid, exhibiting tropical conditions near the coastlines. In contrast, the northern reaches experienced a more temperate climate, with cool winters and prolonged periods of fog.
Making air travel more convenient for those taking to the skies, the Temporal Zephyr is a frequent flight route for roc, dragon, and other raptor species.
